Children ages (5 - 12) - Swimmers are required to be able to swim 20 yards freestyle and 20 yards backstroke without flotation or assistance and pass simple entrance test.

7 Week Sessions

Locations to choose from:

• Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-7:30pm @ East Stroudsburg South High School Pool
• Wednesday & Friday 6:00-7:00pm @ Lehman Intermediate School Pool
• Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-7:30pm @ Pocono Mountain East Junior High School Pool
• Wednesday & Friday 6:00-7:00pm @ Pocono Mountain West High School Pool

 Swimmers must be able to swim without assistance or floatation for 20 yards
