Pocono Mountain West High School Pool: (Tues & Thurs @ 6:30pm)

Pool is 6 lanes, 25 yards with paragon starting blocks, electronic timing and seating for over 200 spectators.

East Stroudsburg South High School Pool:  (Mon @ 6:00pm, Tues & Thurs @ 6:30pm)
(Fall, Winter and Spring) 

Pool is 4 lane 25 yard with starting blocks (No meets hosted at this facility)

Pocono East Junior High School Pool: (Wed & Fri @ 6:00pm)

(Fall, Winter and Spring)

Pool is 6 lanes, 25 yards with paragon starting blocks, electronic timing and seating for over 200 spectators. 

 
Lehman Intermediate School Pool: (Where most Home Meets occur) Opening in Nov - (Wed & Fri @ 6:00pm)

(Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer)

Pool is 6 lanes, 25 yards with paragon starting blocks, electronic timing and seating for over 700 spectators. 

Pocono Family YMCA Pool: (Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer) (Mon & Wed @ 5:30pm & Sat @ 1:30pm (Unless Meet Is Scheduled)

Pool is 3 lanes 20 yards and is used for Swim Team and Pre-Competitive Swim Team. Pool is an ideal instructional pool for younger swimmers. (No meets hosted at this facility)

Stroudsburg Park Pool: Stroudsburg

(Main Summer Swim Team Pool)

Pool is 25 meter 6 lanes in one direction and 40 yards 4 lanes in the other direction. Pool ranges from 5 foot to 12 foot with 2 diving boards and water slides. (NO FOOD OR DRINK IN POOL AREA EXCEPT FOR WATER BOTTLES - NO GLASS AROUND POOL AREA)

Dansbury Park Pool: East Stroudsburg

(Summer)

Pool is a 25 yard 7 lane pool with 3 water slides and plenty of deck space and grassy area. (NO FOOD OR DRINK IN POOL AREA EXCEPT FOR WATER BOTTLES - NO GLASS AROUND POOL AREA)
